CASHPLUS Account: General Information

CASHPLUS is a mobile payment account, with no overdraft allowed, available 24/7, allowing you to carry out your transactions securely, confidentially, and quickly directly from your mobile phone.
The CASHPLUS account offers several services:

Level 1 payment accounts: Any person with an active national mobile phone number;
Level 2 and 3 payment accounts: Any person with an active national mobile phone number and a valid official identity document issued by an authorized Moroccan authority or a recognized foreign authority and bearing the customer’s photo.

The CASH PLUS mobile application can be downloaded from the Play Store and the App Store.

CASHPLUS Account Registration

For a Level 1 CASH PLUS mobile account: Registration is completed in just a few seconds via the mobile application form or at a CASHPLUS agency.
For Level 2 and 3 CASH PLUS accounts: You must visit a CASHPLUS agency with your mobile phone and a valid official identity document issued by an authorized Moroccan authority or a recognized foreign authority and bearing the customer’s photo, in addition to proof of address for Level 3 accounts.

For a Level 1 CASHPLUS mobile account: No supporting documents are required.
For Level 2 and 3 CASHPLUS accounts: A valid official identity document issued by an authorized Moroccan authority or a recognized foreign authority and bearing the customer’s photo, in addition to proof of address for Level 3 accounts.

To upgrade your account level, simply visit one of the CASHPLUS agencies with the required supporting documents and your mobile phone.

An email address is not mandatory when opening your CASHPLUS account, but we recommend adding it in order to receive receipts related to your transactions, detailed statements, and to stay informed about the latest updates related to your CASHPLUS account.

Authentication

To log in, simply enter your username and password associated with your CASH PLUS account.

If you forget your password, simply request reactivation via the mobile application and enter the code received by SMS. Or change your password via the “Forgot password?” tab.

In case of loss or theft of your phone:
Call the CRC at “05 20 02 09 15” or visit the nearest CASHPLUS agency as soon as possible in order to deactivate your account.

You may close your CASHPLUS account at any time by visiting a CASHPLUS agency with your identity document and your mobile phone.

Cash Plus is a money transfer company. It is the most convenient solution for making money transfers anywhere in Morocco and receiving money sent from abroad. For international transfers, Cash Plus partners with major international money transfer operators (Western Union, MoneyGram, Ria, etc.). You can receive your money at one of our 1,600 agencies just minutes after it is sent. The Cash Plus loyalty program is free, simple, and very rewarding! By joining the Cash Plus loyalty program, you earn points after each money transfer operation (sending and receiving). You can then redeem these points whenever you like for FREE money transfer operations or mobile top-ups. These points also allow you to receive a discount on money transfer fees: 1 point = 1 centime. In addition to accumulating points, you automatically participate in the monthly grand raffle, which rewards 113 members each month, totaling 1,596 winners per year across Morocco!

Cash Plus offers its customers currency exchange services with very competitive rates and a network of more than 200 agencies. You can reserve the amount of currency you want through this application, then go to the nearest Cash Plus exchange agency to collect it.
